I also wrote a short e-book available on www.RealtySitesPLUS.com (it's free) called "Streetwise: Social Media for Realtors" to help them get more socially involved and use the social sites to connect and engage with clients and prospects. I work with a number of Realtors, and so many of them seem to be lost when it comes to using Twitter effectively in their biz. I see way too many “hot new listing” tweets!
